It replaced a style I had built and used on the 2017 tour Divide but never got back to making the changes till now.

This fits directly onto your handlebar or fits any front bag or pack with a daisy chain with "one wrap Velcro". this helps to fit the velcro around all the other gear mounted to your bars.

 It’s also a much simpler design that is fast to build and is more weather proof than the original. It closes with a YKK water-resistant zipper, then rolls up so the zipper is never exposed to the weather. The roll-top strap is designed to be opened while you're on the bike, so when you need the bog roll it’s there!
