- Installation Steps: 1. The velcro portion of the cummerbund folds inward to reveal the front edge of the MOLLE attachment; 2. Then attach the MOLLE part of the quick-connect mechanism and includes a wrap-around strap for for keeping the folded back portion of the cummerbund flat; 3. Rest connecting piece(hook & loop panel) will be secured under the front flap; 4. Slide the two sections apart while pulling the tube.
